Please Note: Before your initial appointment you must complete a medical consult with our medical director, Dr. Mason Jones. This consult is free of charge and clears you for all prescriptive services offered at Rejuvalight Aesthetics. If you haven't connected with the doctor one day prior to your scheduled treatment, your appointment will need to be rescheduled. The medical consult is required by the Texas Medical Board.
Treatments are by appointment only. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment. Your card will not be charged unless there is a late cancellation or not showing for your scheduled service(s) as per our cancellation policy.
Your appointments are very important to us and are reserved especially for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 24-48 hour notice. 48 hours for longer or multiple services appointment. Failure to show up to a scheduled appointment will result in a charge for 35% of the reserved service amount from the credit card on file. Cancellations within the 24 hours prior to the appointment time may result in a charge of $35 or 30% depending on the length of service and reserved service amount scheduled and upon our discretion.
